Motivate yourself

Motivate yourself

The ability to self-motivate has always been important to me. I know well in my heart that if I don’t achieve results I want the only reason lies in me. How I think reflects the way how I make, if any, accomplishments.

We all go through hardships in all aspects of our lives. This being said, it is not what we go through it is how we react and act upon them. Many, to great sadness, would just walk around and b..ch about a life and how bad the conditions or circumstances are. All kinds of excuses are made up. The only way out seems to be finding a “scapegoat” and continue this pathetic routine of wining. Reasons are a misnomer.

I feel genuinely blessed for myself and others who at some point in their lives realized that the only way to move forward is to step forward. Growing as a person through continuous education and action taking opens up doors to an abundance of opportunities and help resolve any kind of issue a life keep challenging us with. At the end of the day it all depends what meaning we give to these challenges or events, which are not necessarily in our power to control.

To many who have read this post so far hopefully have some kind of self-awareness. But is it enough? What is enough anyway? Honestly I think there is never ‘enough’. Would you use enough term to express to somebody your love? I doubt. Let me ask you this. How do you keep motivating yourself? What do you do to get inspired or what do you do to feel that drive to get you where you want? Well, one thing for sure we’ve got to use all the means (un)available to help us get in that emotional state which will empower us to go out of our comfort zones and act accordingly to make our dreams come true.

One way to get fully inspired and motivated is by watching inspirational videos, listening to great speeches, reading inspiring stories and so on. The following video does not really need introduction or commentary of any sort … all it needs is being watched. And if you feel like leaving a comment to the post or a video, please feel free to do so! (I know in some places, especially at the end, it may seem too American ‘Independence Day’. But hey all the movies are American, so they do get a credit. Just take away the message from this post not the video).
