Randy Pausch - Last Lecture
Randy Pausch is the person I want to talk about in this post. He is best known for his enormous contribution to computer science at Carnegie Mellon University. Randy, as a person, is not here with us anymore (passed away on July 25, 2008 from pancreatic cancer) but his soul still lives in the hearts of millions of people. Randy got a lot of media attention after his famous “The Last Lecture” speech that he gave at Carnegie Mellon on September 18, 2007. The speech was titled “Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams” and if you care a little bit about your life, please please please watch this video from the beginning to the end.
