April 18 through April 20, 2008

Not until recently I realized the importane of “Re-Time” which stands for “Relaxation, Rejunenation, Renewal” (Eben Pegan).

This is how we, I and Tatyana, got rejuvenated over the weekend. Mostly we spent time lying on the grass on the beautiful and sunny days in Copenhagen.

When you’re workaholic like myself, you need to take a break and spend time with your love ones. You will be amazed how new ideas pour into your mind when you feel fresh and when you see your love one happy.

We had entire photoshooting sessions. See some of them below.

“In The End, It Will All Be OK. If It’s Not OK, Then It’s Not The End!”

Saturday, February 23, 2008 10:59 No Comments

I like this quote for the fact it conveys a positive message to strong-minded people who are in pursuit of their goals and dreams.

But I also think that it has the other side of the coin, that is, most people live as their life goes by without really doing anything to realize and explore their potential.

The quote may thus be misinterpreted in the same way that some people rely on ‘luck’, miracles or other myths rather than hard work, perseverance and persistence, which all require continuous self-education as well as massive action. Without these two anyone is doomed to failure.

How ‘Little’ Things Like Quitting Smoking Can Play an Instrumental Role in Your Life

just quit smoking

just quit smoking

Are you tired of not getting what you want in you life?

I want to share two stories: the first one told by Anthony Robbins and the second story is from my personal experience.

1) I remember at the Anthony Robbins’ UPW seminar in London in 2007, Tony told us (12,000) a story about his friend who smoked for most of his life. Once in a while the two friends would meet and Tony, realizing how serious it was, would ask his friend “what’s up … why do I still see you smoking?”, to which the friend replied that he tried to stop but it never lasted for more than half a year before he began to smoke again. “Focus On Where You Want To Go”

Notes From A Friend - Anthony Robbins (p. 54)

Don't focus on the tree

Don

I love this quote because it is true which we sadly often forget about. We all the time complain about how things do not go our way or somebody be it employer/girlfriend/boyfriend or anyone else does not understand us. At that very moment we focus on the ‘negative’. We think about the problem and we drill it, drill it and drill it until we get so freaked out and exhausted that everything else seems hopeless.

The quote reminds us we need to switch our focus from the problem to the solution part. We need to find a way to pull through. We should not spend a minute on thinking how terrible the situation and how unsupportive your girlfriend/boyfriend is, but rather catch the momentum and sort things out by figuring out where you are standing right now and where you need to go. “A Quitter Never Wins - And a Winner Never Quits”

Tuesday, December 25, 2007 13:57 No Comments

I got this quote from a book called “Think and Grow Rich” by Napolen Hill (p. 118)

I love this quote because it speaks for itself. We never get to reach our goals if we keep on quiting.

I love this illustrative example (below) provided to me at the Anthony Robbins’ Wealth Mastery seminar by Keith Cunningham, who drew up the following:

So, basically you see a cafeteria. The Xs are the people. You see a line of people queuing to get a food. As common sense speaks and as Keith presented one can’t stand in a line, quit and then get back to the serving lady from the same point.

You need to stay persistently in the line to get to your turn! If you quite, you have to start all over from the back of the line. If you don’t want this to happen, that is, if you want to be a “winner” stay in the line and get your “meal” at the forefront of the line!

Is Anthony Robbins’ Wealth Mastery Seminar For You?

Thursday, November 22, 2007 20:43 No Comments

Good question.

My rhetoric answer is: it depends

“On what?” - you may ask.
… on whether or not you are prepared to take your finance to the next level.

If you don’t care about financial aspect of your life, please don’t bother because you will be disappointed with the seminar and most likely with the atmosphere too.

The content of the seminar is great, the workload is huge and the learning is intense, but a lot of fun.

If you’ve been to Tony’s UPW seminar then you will mostly likely recognize the same dynamism inside the hall. The whole audience rocks the building.

Tony himself does not teach at the Wealth Mastery Seminar (he put this thing on the autopilot), but his partners Joe Williams, Chulk Mellon and Keith Cunningham rock the house.

Joe Williams really resembles Tony’s style of speaking. (from info pack) “If you close your eyes he sounds exactly like Anthony Robbins and he focuses on the psychology of investing. Sometimes 80% of the success you have in investing boils down to controlling your emotions”.

Seminar also gives everyone a possibility to take a serious control of one’s finances. After the seminar it is impossible not to do the bookkeeping thing, financial statements, monthly expenses etc.

So it all boils down to if you are ready and want to master your finances and particularly become real estate investor or invest in stock/options, then this would be the right seminar for you. If not, then don’t spend your money, time and energy on “B.S.”

Anthony Robbins UPW Seminar, London

I just got back from Anthony Robbins’ Unleash Power Within (UPW) seminar in London. As being passionate about self-growth and helping others I would like to take time and share my experience after the seminar that will hopefully be somewhat inspiring to you.

I can relate to what Tony teaches, although I thought few “fun activities” were a bit too much. However, I took most out of this experience including dancing like crazy, laughing hysterically and even crying like a little baby. Here are some key lessons I took away from the Tony’s seminar that I would like to share with you. Continue reading »
