Me being interviewed

Me being interviewed

On my last day of visiting Washington D.C. I made up my mind to walk around in the attempt to find a shopping mall and get some presents to take home with me.

As I was exploring the streets of D.C. I ran into a United Press International (UPI) reporter who asked me if I had a minute to answer some questions. “Sure” - I said. He asked me if I would mind answering three simple questions. I told him that I am not a local and I might not be able to have answers to all his questions. He assured me that I needn’t be one. Be Inspired By Ladies Who Conquer The World With No Arms No Legs

Aimee Mullins & Jessica Cox

Aimee Mullins & Jessica Cox

Here is a couple of more people I want to bring to your attention. Their names are: Aimee Mullins and Jessica Cox.

The reason why I want to write about them is simply because these ladies are real fighters. They never settle nor do they give up on their dreams.

Like in the previous video where I talked about Nick Vujicic who has no arms no legs, Aimee Mullins has no legs and Jessica Cox has no arms. Yet Aimee is a runner, Olympics game veteran, World’s record holder, model and actress. Whereas, Jessica Cox, who has no arms, is a motivational speaker, black belt martial artist who also learned to fly an airplane. Wow!

Against all odds, the girls don’t see themselves as the victims of the ‘events’ or circumstances but rather pull themselves out of this as the winners. They do things many of us don’t dare to.

Why Is That So? What Drives These Young Ladies To Overcome Any Obstacle On Their Ways? Continue reading »

Tony Robbins' free online seminar

Tony Robbins' free online seminar

I and my wife are going to attend Tony Robbins’ seminar called “Date With Destiny“. We already got our spots confirmed for December in 2009. If you don’t know who Tony Robbins is go ahead and Google him and you will quickly find out what he does. Or simply go to his website.

But I am sure most of my readership knows who Tony is and how he helps countless people to achieve what they want in their lives. I saw the energy radiate out of this person relentlessly when I attended two of Tony’s seminars in London in 2007 (Unleash The Power Within (UPW) and Wealth Mastery).  What I experienced within the walls of Excel London is hard to express in words. But this is not what I am going to write about in this post. It is all about you. I want to share a great free resource that I’ve found on Tony’s personal blog, which I believe will help you change your life for good.

Download this workbook in PDF by clicking on the image below. Continue reading »

Art to inspire

Art to inspire

Back when I was a student, I remember we once had a Danish keynote speaker come over to our school and deliver an inspirational presentation about his entrepreneurial life. Kim Aronson who lives and work in Berkeley, California talked about the two words both starting with an P - patience and passion.

Those two words have been stuck in mind ever since. I may not remember everything what Kim said but I do remember him emphasizing the fact that one needs to be passionate and patient about what he or she does. I happened to find a great collection of inspirational e-cards on one of Kim’s websites called soulweavers.com. I wanted to share it here. Take a look and I think you will appreciate the art and the spirit of these inspiring cards and the quotes that come along. Take a look and enjoy. Continue reading »

How To Achieve More Goals With A Simple Calendar On The Wall

Achieve goals w/ calendar

Achieve goals w/ calendar

I just read a great article that I thought I should definitely write about. The article is about how to achieve your goals more effectively and how to be more productive using a useful calendar technique.

The main character here is the guy named Brad Isaac who can be found at his personal blog. Brad, to my surprise, happens to be once in the comic business. You know the kind of the stand-on-stage throwing jokes at the group of people. So, one night Brad met at one of the clubs a now-famous comedian, actor and writer Jerry Seinfeld.  Without any hesitation, Brad, knowing that Jerry was really good at being funny on the stage, asked him to give some tips to a young comic like Brad. Will You Get Motivated By 40 Inspirational Speeches In 2 Minutes?

Motivate yourself

Motivate yourself

The ability to self-motivate has always been important to me. I know well in my heart that if I don’t achieve results I want the only reason lies in me. How I think reflects the way how I make, if any, accomplishments.

We all go through hardships in all aspects of our lives. This being said, it is not what we go through it is how we react and act upon them. Many, to great sadness, would just walk around and b..ch about a life and how bad the conditions or circumstances are. All kinds of excuses are made up. The only way out seems to be finding a “scapegoat” and continue this pathetic routine of wining. Reasons are a misnomer. Continue reading »

Why Evaluation And Resolution Are Instrumental? - Post No.100

New Year's Resolution

New Year

I have checked my blog statistics and noticed that I am reaching a post No. 100. Honestly, it is a bit hard to believe that it was just a while ago that I started my blog with an objective to provide valuable resources to inspired researchers and Internet entrepreneurs.

So, today, instead of providing tools (as I usually attempt to do) I decided to do something different. I want to write about something more important i.e. something that I do at the end of every year. Continue reading »
